They should just know.

Do you ever find yourself avoiding those tasks that you know you need to do? In this particular case I don't mean housework or cleaning the car. I'm referring to the parts of communication that are time consuming and sometimes downright boring. Making sure you know who your audience is can seem very exhausting. You might believe that it's pretty obvious who your customers are but it might not be as simple as you think. Sometimes it's easy to conclude that your customers are whoever happens to buy your products or reads your material, but there is more to effective targeting than that. Finding the best ways to say what you mean can be challenging. Do you full understand your products, material and services? I have also had challenges in learning and understanding certain visual concepts which have led me to an often-unique style of learning. I have great compassion for those who struggle with...

We have a long history of working with individuals who had clear visions and we did our part to support them on their journey to success. It has been said many times that success comes in many forms. Sometimes it is financial and most of us wouldn’t disagree with a bit more money in our pockets. However, success can be about a lot more than not worrying about how the next bill will be paid. Success often involves the feeling that what we do in the world matters. Our ability to say what we mean is powerfully related to communication in both written and oral forms. Knowing that what we are creating and expressing is important can be a huge component of success. Although some of us may not want to be the center of attent...
